Your data is stored on servers located in Australia or within the Asia-Pacific region. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption on all pages. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use browser localStorage to save your writing progress locally on your own device — this data never leaves your device unless you choose to purchase.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price displayed at checkout.
As our Digital PDF product is delivered instantly upon payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving your PDF, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve it.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The content you write is yours. You retain full ownership of your story and answers. We retain ownership of the Memory Keeper platform, design, and templates.
You agree not to misuse this service, including attempting to circumvent payment, scrape content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, AYVAtech IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
